I normally ear plant based foods but once a week or so I really need some protein or a "breakfast-dinner," which means eggs and hash browns cooked in the iron skillet. Sometimes I end up eating this too fast because of the deliciousness factor and end up with indigestion or worse, reflux. I took one of these with that dinner yesterday and washed it down with alkaline water, and, No indigestion! I would suggest taking it when you get almost halfway into the meal. This is a wonderful supplement, especially if you're getting away from unhealthy processed foods and/or using herbs for health.
