I’m glad there are 120 tablets in the container to have a better opportunity to assess any impact. I decided to get these because they are suppose to help with the urinary track system. I’ve gotten a couple of infections within a short span of time. So far so good but I’ve not used up the entire bottle. I might just take 1 a day for the remainder of the content. I was also hoping it would help with hormone regulation and I think they might have made a slight difference. I will probably be getting another bottle.

I have not been taking these for very long, so I cannot speak too much to the effects yet. However, considering these are produced in a GMP certified facility, and are actually USDA certified organic, I do trust the product. The taste and smell are fine, earthy but not gross. I honestly don't know if these are supposed to be chewables or not; they are large, round, flat-ish tablets, but the instructions just say to take with water after a meal.
