Organic Spree Hirabol 60 Capsules | Commiphora myrrha - GMP Certified

I have been taking this for a couple of weeks now and I feel like it is helping. The capsules are easy to swallow and have a consistent, dark, rich natural coloring. They have no taste or aftertaste and no odor. I find them to be effective and a good value for the money.

I use a lot of herbs, essential oils and supplements for general health support, Myrrha among them. I typically use Myrrha topically as an essential oil both for skin care and topically to aid pain relief for spine and joints as needed. Myrrah is known to have many health benefits.I was quite happy to try this internally as a capsule and compare the results. I had never used Myrrha this way before. I am happy to say that I believe this Hirabol is equally effective as my oil. I say this as I did not notice any decline. I feel it is working for both pain relief and keeping my skin looking it's best.I love that this product is organic and made in a GMP certified facility which is important to me. I think I will probably continue with my oil over this capsule as this is what I am used to. It's just a matter of personal preference but I do feel this is a quality product at a fair price.

Initially when I looked at this product I was excited about the potential benefits. Joint and gut health sound great to me. When I got the product I started looking into it more and it seems most of the potential benefits don't have a lot of research backing behind them. That's probably why I didn't really find it very effective and why many of the reviews say the same thing. If I can't notice benefits within a couple weeks, it's not worth the value paid.According to the label, this is produced in a GMP facility and certified organic so it's definitely a high quality version of the myrrha. I just think the actual benefits of it don't quite play out like expected.

I use a ton of myrrh externally. I have myrrh essential oil, myrrh CO2, and myrrh resin. I use myrrh salve (amazing!) and add it to my skincare (also amazing!). I prefer these Ayurvedic supplements to a lot of the Chinese-made ones and was excited to see this come across my feed. I've never used it internally until now and jumped at the chance to try it in capsule form.I'm always nervous with new supplements, especially ordered online from an unknown brand. But this came safety sealed and as soon as I opened it there was that strong myrrh smell. Opened a capsule - definitely myrrh. So we at least know it is what it says it is, and to me it seems high quality.I would expect the effects to be subtle, and if you are already in good health, you may not notice anything at all. But like a lot of natural remedies and preventative supplements, you have to give your body time, and you have to realize that this type of things provides support and prevents problems from escalating or even becoming an issue to begin with. I find that for me, it really helps to keep a pain log or whatever symptom you are tracking to see if you notice a difference over time. That is really the only way to gauge if something is effective for you, as we don't always notice subtle changes day to day.I don't know if myrrh needs to be standardized to a certain potency or any of that, but I know that Indian medicine (as well as Middle Eastern medicine) has been using this for a long time. I feel safe taking it and hope to see a reduction in pain and inflammation over time, just as I have seen a reduction in signs of aging by adding it to my skincare.I would definitely get another supplement from this brand, especially since I've noticed that their other products have a lot of reviews from Indian reviewers who take these types of things regularly and also recognize a bargain when they see one. For me, the price seems reasonable. Myrrh isn't cheap, and these capsules were I'd wonder what was really in them.Hope this helps!

So important to be among the gifts given, Hirabol is another name for Myrrh while Boswellia is another name for Frankincense, both are very well documented for their many important healing effects. Hirabol is a warming herb used for cleansing, tissue repair, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial while also being used for irregular menstrual cycles. These capsules have a mild welcoming earthy scent with no funky after taste. I've been using them a few days, so far I'm satisfied enough I am considering adding these to a weekly regimen each month during my monthly detox and reset week.
