I like the transparency of the supplement other than the proprietary blend. For instance, organic spree clearly indicates that the supplement is GMP certified and certified kosher on the bottle. The ingredients and dose are clearly laid out on the back of the box. I only wish that the ingredients were not thrown together in a proprietary blend, and there was more clarity as to how much of each ingredient was included in the supplement. That being said, the ingredients are quality nonetheless, including ginger, black pepper, haritaki, amla, and giloy. These do come in vegetarian tablets, which are a bit large and not as easy to swallow for me. They do have a bit of a taste as well, which isn't the best, but I follow the recommendations and take this with water so the taste doesn't last. I do like that the supplement uses organic ingredients and has a long shelf life - it has about two or so years before it expires. At a serving size of two tablets per serving and 60 servings per container, I think that this is a fair value. I didn't experience any negative effects from this supplement, and it seemed fresh as everything was sealed professionally.

I have been taking them for a week and do not notice an immediate difference in how I feel, but I do expect that any herbal supplementation needs to be taken consistently for a longer period of time.The pressed tablets themselves are small and a little dusty, so they stuck to the sides of my mouth a few times when trying to swallow them whole with water. The instructions do not specify whether to chew or swallow the tablets, and also nowhere on the label does it mention that this is a joint supplement, which would be useful to add for Organic Spree's customers unfamiliar with Ayurvedic blends.
