This was my first time trying mulethi sticks , I boiled 2 sticks in a cup of water , for about 8 minutes then let sit for another 10. The flavor was good, a earthy, sweet flavor, that I liked. This is a product of India, with a good shelf life. The price at 15 is very high for this product.

The flavor isn't very strong

These pieces of licorice root come sealed in a resealable bag. The pieces are mostly a couple of inches long, just the right size to fit in a cup of boiling water. The flavor isn't very strong. It takes several pieces and a long brewing time to get any licorice flavor. I'm going to try grinding some up to see if that helps.
