A good amount of medium sized acacia gum. Amber in color. Easy to use when follow instructions of grinding and then adding.I like to add to my coffee. The flavor is mild and adds some depth to the flavor.The smell in the bag is very mild and barely noticeable.Value-For the price I feel you get a fair amount.Quality- the brand name is "Organic Spree" but that's the only mention of being organic that I see on the package. I feel that's false advertising, or at least misleading. That's why I have 3 stars instead of 5. Even on their listing it doesn't claim to be organic, just natural, plant based, and has a GMP stamp.
