This product arrives well sealed, in not only a bottle but also a box. The preparation I received was fresh and several years before the expiration date. The product is compressed tablets, the way a Ayuverdic preparation should be. These tablets are easy to use and without unpleasant flavor or aroma.I find these to be everything I want in this product, and at a great price.

I like the assortment of organic ingredients included in this supplement. It includes an impressive array of ayurvedic choices such as cardamom, cinnamon, bay leaf, bagels, long pepper, and amla. One thing I don't really like about the supplement is that these ingredients are included in a proprietary blend, which masks the individual amounts of each ingredient. I also don't like that the ingredients include talc, but since it is a supplement, I'm assuming that there are minimal amounts. Even though I'm not the biggest fan of tablets, I did find that the tablets were a manageable size and were easy to swallow. I didn't experience too much aftertaste with them either. I'm glad to see that the supplement is kosher certified and GMP certified as well. Being GMP certified, the supplement has followed rigorous standards to ensure that the quality is on point. The bottle comes with 60 servings total and each serving is two tablets. I think that makes this a fair value as the supplement should last two months making that $15 per month. The supplement came professionally packaged and had a tight seal around the top to ensure freshness. The tablets were in good condition and hadn't broken apart in the bottle and the number of tablets seemed accurate. These were gentle on my stomach for the entire month that I've been taking them and I didn't have any adverse effects. I received them in the summer of 2025 and they expire and 2027.
