This is a bag of moringa gum, which looks like little "rocks" of tree resin. I soaked a few pieces in water, and they swelled up into a jelly-like substance. The taste is very mild and slightly earthy. I'm not sure about the health benefits, but it's an interesting natural product.

So the gym comes in mid sized chuncks that will require grinding. I have a grinder and it takes maybe 10 seconds of pulsing to break it down into a powder. It actually breaks down quite easily.As far as taste, it's very bitter. I would not eat this by itself, personally. However mixed in with coffee and cream it is excellent! It adds a creaminess to the drink. I'm sure it would also be fine mixed into salad or whatever else you have, but I prefer drinking this kind of stuffI've never used Moringa before and I haven't really felt any obvious effects. I don't suffer from joint pain and any chronic pain so I cannot comment on that part. But I really like this stuff and I'd probably pick some up again just for coffee.

Hello friends, I selected this organic spree gond moringa gum for good health.This gum was very nostalgic. In many parts of the world people eat the gum of trees as a form of nature's candy and for local allergies. The flavor wasn't very pungent and it wasn't sweet. It was bitter just trying to suck on it as is. I beat it to death in a Vitamix and turned it into powder. We add it to tea, coffee and smoothies. It doesn't change the flavor of anything that we've put it in so far. Five stars for anyone who's interested in a new moringa product.
