I like taking this Gymnema for sugar control , weight management and it deceases my sugar cravings This brand is reasonably priced, easy to swallow, and is the dosage I like. I like that it has only the one ingredient and is not a proprietary blend . As with all supplements do your due diligence and consult your health practitioner.

Occasionally, like after visiting Paris, my body starts struggling with sugar cravings. Normally I do not crave sugar very much, but these are useful when I do, and can help me curb it out. Gymnema was originally brought to my attention by a reputable herbalist, and I am grateful all these years later to still find value in that knowledge. This may not be the most effective way to work with gymnema, but it is probably the most accessible and travel friendly way I can think of, with no taste due to coated discs. A good value & option if they are for occasional use.

Gymnema, a wonderful, natural supplement to help regulate blood glucose and curb sugar cravings. I have a sweet tooth and an ice cream addiction. I am on prediabetic medication as my glucose has gotten out of control. I have been attempting to cut out sugar, but you know how hard that can be! I started drinking more water and trying some natural recourses, like taking supplements such as this. I am not quire sure on effectiveness so far, if it is placebo or working, but I have cut down some sugar. I will try this longer and see how well it does in the long run, but so far no complaints. It is a medium sized pill and not to hard to take.

The dosage directions on the bottle is two tablets a day for two weeks and then adjust it as needed.My doctor had me take two a day for only the first week, then go to one a day. And that's what I've done. It's working well. I haven't had any side effects.This brand is organic, and has no additives. The shelf life is a little more than two years out, November of 2027. It's easy to swallow. I take it about 30 minutes before a meal. I take mine before dinner. After dinner is when my worst cravings are for something sweet. Each tablet is 600 mg. Once it's in your system, taking two a day for a short time, that's when you can cut down to one a day. I really like this gymnema sylvestre. At about $19 for 120 it's a good value.
