Primarily I wanted Hadjod to help with my bones, but there is so much more potential benefit suggested by years of scientific research. In any case, if you are interested in an Ayurvedic supplement, after a little research you may find this to be a good one to consider.As shown in my attached photos, the pill is a round, flat and sort of wafer-like shape about 7/16 inch in diameter, so just under 1/2 inch. At first I thought I would have trouble swallowing these, but I don't. It is actually easy to swallow with water. I don't know if it is coated, but it is not at all powdery, which I think is what makes it so easy to swallow.Because I can't really evaluate its effect on my bones (my prmary purpose for taking it) without more time and some medical tests, so my rating is primarily based on the criteria I use for choosing dietary supplements which I or my family may consume. At the bottom of this review is the list of criteria important to me and which were met and not met.These stand out to me: Certified USDA Organic, Vegan, GMP, FSSAI number (Food Safety Standards of India), all of which support trust in this product.However, there is no mention of an independent laboratory testing and verifying quantity and quality of ingredients, as well as possible contaminants (3rd Party Testing) or the subsequent certificate of analysis (COA) which would result.As a consumer, and based on personal experience, I have more faith in a product when claims made are actually verified. I don't know if it's helping with bones yet, but i have noticed less aches and pains in my joints, so it appears to be effective in that regard. It is easy to take and is in a round tablet form. The color earthy green with an earth light odor & simplistic overall.The shape of the pills seem to be easy to swallow, I would not have guessed by the shape but they are somewhat small.This singular ingredient, that is 100% organic as well as non-GMO. This is my first time taking this wellness supplement! So far, I am very intrigued. I love that they're organic, and there are a lot of pills included at a great value. I do have one piece of critical feedback: Here in the USA, supplement are largely unregulated. As such, I always appreciate when manufacturers volunteer to display lab testing results to potential consumers. I like to know that what I'm consuming is scientifically safe. So I would very much appreciate if that testing could be featured here for reassurance. Otherwise, this is a great product for a unique compound!

I didn’t know much about Cissus Quadrangularis before so I did a little reading and decided to give it a try since it was organic and had a long name that sounded like it knew what it was doing. The tablets themselves are a decent size but nothing too intimidating and they don’t have that strong herbal smell some natural supplements carry which was a relief. I started taking them with lunch and just made a habit out of it without thinking too much and after a couple of weeks I realized I wasn’t bracing myself as much when going up the stairs which used to feel like climbing a small mountain.
