I just finished my first bottle of this product. This was my first experience incorporating neem into my daily supplements. I chose to take 1 a day vs the recommended dosage of 2. I generally start all supplements on the lower end and adjust as needed.I took 1 a day for 120 days with other my other morning daily supplements after breakfast. I wasn't bothered by the bitterness neem can have, but I'm not easily turned off by things like that and I didn't notice it likely because I was taking with other supplements at the same time. If your sensitive to things like that the tablet form may not be the best choice which is also the reason I chose to give this product 4 stars instead of 5.I do feel that over the course of taking these that I experienced improvements in the potential benefits neem is thought to help promote, such as healthier nails, skin, hair, and oral health. Neem is also said to be rich in antioxidants which can help to support with detox and immune health and help to promote overall health and vitality. These tablets make it easy to incorporate into your daily routine. I didn't experience anything negative with this product and I plan to purchase again for continued use.

What a great product with little added ingredients. I have been taking this neem supplement to help with my skin. As I have gotten older I am very dry and am having hormonal acne. The dose is high if you take 2 a day so I decided to take one. That makes this a 4 month supply that way. I have just finished the bottle and I have noticed a substantial improvement. The taste of these is really nasty so I make sure to swallow with juice or a soft drink. Once I have swallowed it I follow with 8 Oz of water. I think this product works great! This is a 4 month supply for me so I feel the price is excellent.

After researching Neem online and finding numerous purported benefits, I decided to try these out.Supplements, by their nature, are slow-working and take time to see their benefits. So, I'm happy to include these in my routine, but the results are hard to see.I am surprised by the total mg in these tablets. Many of these studies limit consumption to 60mg daily. However, like most supplements, they have no agreed-upon daily value.I would be careful and do your research before taking this supplement regularly.The product is well-packaged and of high quality.

I decided to try NEEM as another option to help my body detox. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I am pleased with the efficacy of this product. With the help of this product, as well as slowly improving my diet, I've lost an additional 5 pounds. I do NOT think this is typical unless you are as unhealthy as I was. Weight loss was never expected, and the product is not described as or considered a weight loss supplement.However, when the overall health of the body improves, weight loss from detoxification is a (fantastic!) byproduct. Again, I do NOT recommend nor am I implying this is a weight loss product!Other improvements I noticed while taking NEEM were better overall oral/gum health, improved skin health by reduced dryness (I had really dry skin), and fine wrinkles were further minimized.I would recommend this product to anyone looking for such health improvements. With a certified organic rating, you know you are providing your body with the healthiest ingredients possible.
