Im quite satisfied with these shatavari tablets. I had misunderstood the description when I ordered and assumed they would be dried, ENCAPSULATED shatavari but in fact they're pressed tablets which I prefer anyway! I love that it's all natural ingredients and no weird capsule to worry about. They have zero smell and zero taste, another thing to be grateful for. The bottle is sealed with a metal film so I know it's safe! You get a good value for what you're ordering, a bottle lasts 2 months for me! I think they work well as I'm feeling more energetic since I started taking them. I'm happy I ordered them an I'd feel good about continuing to use them.

These shatavari tablets are easy to swallow and have no taste or odor. At under $14 for 120, a good value. A serving size is two tablets and that 1200mg. My ayurvedist recommend 500mg, twice daily (each has 600mg), so I will try to remember to take them this way. They are made in India in a GMP facility and are vegan and organic.
