These ORGANIC SPREE TULSI (Holy Basil) tablets are pressed ingredients without coating. You get the wonderful taste and smell of basil when you take it. I had no issues taking this. I like that it’s USDA Certified Organic. I regularly use fresh Thai basil, and sometimes fresh sweet basil for cooking. Though I’ve never used Holy Basil, I’m a big all-around fan of basil. These tables are thinner than most tablets I’ve taken and easy to swallow. This seems like a good supplement.

They’re small flat pills, more like discs. Not coated, so they’re not smooth or slippery, but they’re flat and small enough that they swallow very easily.I’m taking them for the benefits that tulsi offers. I started with half a dosage, and when it caused no problems I continued with a full dosage. Can’t say I definitely feel anything after taking them, but they can’t hurt. I need the relaxation that they’re supposed to bring along with all the other supportive actions.

This supplement works fairly well at 1200 mgs of Holy Basil and the tablets are round which are easy to swallow. They aren't as effective as my usual brand which are quite a bit less expensive. I do recommend them, but will stick with my other brand for now.
