I have only been taking the Organic Spree Tray- Guggulu about a week now and had to curb at 1 tablet after taking the suggested daily two and suffering some painful bloating .I will be taking two once my sensitive tummy gets used to it.I have a lot of inflammation and hope this will help naturally.The tablets are not coated , simply pressed , look natural and smell like dried herbs .They are easy to take . I will come back and review this supplement again if I notice any changes .I like that these tabs have a batch number , Manufacture Date and the Expiration date plus a fssai number ( food safety and standards authority of India ) . It makes me feel good about taking these , knowing that the brand is reputable and responsible.As a matter of fact , I am rather impressed .
